    At St. John Music Lessons, our mission is to create a safe, supportive, and fun space where you can explore your musical potential. Whether you’re picking up an instrument for the first time or getting back into music after a break, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

    We offer private music lessons tailored to your individual learning style. From guitar and piano to drums, voice, violin, and more — you choose the instrument, and we’ll help you grow your skills with proven teaching methods and creative tools that make learning exciting.

    Every student’s journey is unique. That’s why we focus on personal connection, positive encouragement, and helping you learn music in a way that feels natural to you. Our goal is to turn each lesson into an adventure that inspires and energizes you to keep playing.

    Guitar Lessons

    Balalaika Lessons

    Balalaika is a traditional Russian string instrument with a triangular body.

    THE WEEKLY PRIVATE MUSIC LESSON

    • Expert instructors nurture musical growth in one on one private music lesson. Choose between 30, 45, or 60 min lessons. We use a variety of proven techniques to create a tailored, individual student-driven curriculum. Your instructor assigns what to practice the other 6 days of the week at home so you are progressing.

    SUPPORT ON DEMAND

    • Use our custom Learning Management App profile with their homework, chat, leaderboards, badges, and practice timer. Safely and transparently communicate with your instructor to ask for help mid week.

    CLUBS

    Open access and invitation to attend a variety of weekly music clubs. Currently hour long clubs each week like Theory, Rhythm, Collective, and more when available.

    RECITALS

    Students get a chance to showcase what they have learned in front of friends and family. 3-4 recitals per year.

    We like to utilize technology to inspire through turning the students endeavors into polished keepsakes.
